Model Diet Tip #1 - Take a photo of yourself in a bikini every week to measure your progress (and keep you motivated!)

Chicken - 1 kg
Almonds and Cashewnuts -20
Ginger - 1 medium piece
Garlic - 6 to 8 pieces
Onion - 1large or 2 medium
Bay leaf - 2
Cloves -8
Green Cardamom -8
Oil
Salt as required
Curd 1 cup
Coconut Milk - 1 cup

For Paste

Grind ginger ,garlic,cloves,cardamom,cinnamon stick,almonds and cashews to a smooth paste

1> Heat Oil
2> Add bay leaf
3> Add onions(chopped finely)
4> Add the ground paste
5> Add curd
6> Add chilly powder,turmeric and salt
7> Mix well till oil oozes out
8> Add chicken pieces Mix well
9> Add coconut milk and cook chicken till done
10> Garnish with coriander leaves

Goes well with paratha,Nan,chappathi as well as rice

Meaurements correct anon ari illa i do as per my wish
