Chumannulli - 10 pieces
Green chilly - 4
Tomato - 1
Curry vepilas - little
Inchi/Garlic chopped - 1 tea spoon
Vadakkan puli - 2 small
Oil - 1 spoon
Kaduk - 1/2 spoon
Mulakpodi - 3 tea spoon
Mallipodi - 2 1/2 tea spoon
Manjal podi - 1/2 tea spoon
Uluva podi - 1/4 tea spoon
Thengapal - 1 cup
Water 2 cups.

Neymeen vrithiyakki kazhuki vaikanam..
chumannulli cheruthayi murich vaikuka.
pachamulak neelathil cut cheyth vaikuka.
tomato cut cheyth vaikuka
chatty choodayi oil ozhich kaduk pottikuka
athilek chop cheyth vach inchi/garlic add cheyth ilakkanam.
colour marunna munne add chumannulli..and green chillies..
after 1 minute add tomatos and vadakkan puli..
onnilakiya shesham,athilek mulakpodi,mallipodi,manjal podi,uluva cherkkanam.
podikal ellam nannayi choodaya shesham add water..
water thilach varumbo meen idanam.. add salt...
ettavum low firel vaikuka.
5 minutes shesham add thengapal and curry veppilas..
meen podiyathe ilakki chatty moodi vaikuka...in low firel
curry venth kuruki pakam ayal.. stove off cheyyam..(adyam ozhicha oil thelinj kanum vare)

nb : curry vaikumbo chatty adach vach vevichal taste koodum,steam pokanayi mathram little place idanam..
meen curry anel adhikam ilakaruth,podiyum..
low firele cook cheyavu..

Neymeen vrithiyakki pieces akki vaikkuka
Mulakpodi - 1 1/2 tea spoon (for 7 pieces)
Manjal podi - 1/4 tea spoon
Pepper powder - 1 tea spoon
Inchi/Garlic paste - 1/2 tea spoon
salt - to taste
oil to fry

Meenil mulakpodi,manjalpodi,pepper,salt,inchi/garlic paste ellam koode mix cheyth nannayi puratti
oru 3/4 hours vaikanam..
After that,pan choodayil oil ozhich fry cheyth edukkanam.. :haavu:

NB : epozhum meen adhikam mooth pokathatha fry kk taste...
podiyathe ilaki idanam oru side fry akumbo..

jeerakam - 1/4 teaspoon
manjalpodi - 1/4 teaspoon

oil - 1 spoon
kaduk - little
chumannulli - 1
vattalmulak - 2
curryveppilas
salt to taste

thenga,jeerakam,chumannulli(4),greenchilli,manjalpodi,garlic ithellam koodi mixiyil
nannayi araykanam,ottum thari illathe arach edukkanam..
athilekk yogurt koodi cherth onnu mixi on aki off akuka,apo yogurt kattayayi kidakkilla..
nannayit ellam yojich varum..

pan choodakki oil ozhich kaduk pottikanam..
athilekk chumannulli murichathum,vattalmulak(neenda unangiya chumanna mulak) randayi murichathum
churryvepilayum iduka..

athilekk arach vach yogurt thengakoott cherth kurach vellam and salt koodi cherkanam..
ith thilakaruth nannayi choodakane padullu... thilachal pinne onninum kollilla..
so keep in low fire...

aa vellam kalanjitt veendum vellam ozhich vevikanam..
nalla venthu varumbo vellam full varth kalayanam..
chood pokunna munne thanne add garlic,green chillies,manjalpodi,salt and cury epilas and mix it frequently..
mixingil irikayanu athinte taste..
thadi kondulla or hard spoon kond venam mix cheyan ennale nannayi kuzhanj varu...
vellam varth kazhinj onnu lowfirel vach adyam mix cheyanam..
pinne stove off cheythit cheyam..

pan stoveil vach choodakumbo oil ozhich kaduk potikuka..
athilek muringakka cherth oru kai vellam kudanj ettavum low fire il adach vaikuka..
after 5 minutes chathach vachirikunna thenga cherkkanam..
veendum adac vach 5 minute koode cook cheyuka..
add curry vepilas and off the stove...muringaka thoran ready.. thumright.gif

Soda podi or yeast - 1/4 sppon

pachari vellathil ittu kuthirumpol mixiyil nannayi arach edukkanam
thengayum,chorum orumich mixiyil nannayi arach athukoodi ari arachakoode cherth ilakki
nannayil kalakki ithiri salt cherth vaikanam
ravile appam undakunna munne sodapodi or yeast cherth apachattiyil appam undakam..

Pottatto curry
pottato - 2
green chillies 4
sawola - 1
thengapal 1 cup
water - 1 cup
masala - 1/2 spoon
oil 1 spoon
kaduk - 1/2 spoon
curryvepilas - 1 pidi

Potato cheruthayi murich vaikuka,sawola,green chillies neelathil murich vaikanam.
Oil choodaki kaduk potticha shesham sawola vazhatuka,light brwon niram akumbo
add potatoes and chillies,1 cup vellam cherth pan moodi ettavum low fireil vaikuka.
after 5 minutes add thengapal,masala and curryveppilas...
salt cherkkuka...
potato venth curry kuruki varumbo... stove off akkam...

chumannulli - 5 (cut cheyth vaikanam)

chilli powder - 1/2 spoon
manjal podi - 1/4 spoon

oil - 2 spoon..
curry vepilas - little

lobster kazhuki thododu koodi thanne kurach vellathil puzhungi edukanam..
nannayi thilach 5 minutes mathi...
thanukkumbo athinte nadukk cut cheythal thodu matti flesh mathram edukanam ... :haavu:
and cut that into small pieces...

pan choodakki (ettavum low fireile cheyavu) oil ozhicha shesham chumannulli neelathil murichath cherth
light brown akunnavare ilakkuka..
athilekk add inchi/garlic paste..
then add pepper powder,chilli powder,manjal podi and salt..
ilakki konde irikanam..illel panil otti pidikkum..
after that add curry vepilas.... 5 minutes nannayi ilakki varatti edutha mathi because its already cooked...

Its very easy to make..
Puli - small piece (sambar puli}
chumannulli - 3
Chumanna unaka mulak - 3
Curryvepilas
Oil - 1 spoon
Mulakpodi - 1/2 teaspoon
Manjalpodi - 1/4 teaspoon
Water 2 cups
Salt to taste

Puli 1 cup vellathil ittuvaikanam..chumannulli,unaka mulak cheruthayi murich vaikuka.
Pan choodakumbo oil ozhich kaduk pottikanam..
athilek chumannulli,unaka mulak ittu nannayi moopikuka.
ithilek puli pizhnjedutha vellam cherkkanam...add another cup of water..
mulak podi,manjal podi,salt and curry vepilas..
Nannayi choodaya shesham stove off akam..
ith serikum nalloru manavum tastum oke varunnath next day edukumbozha..

We can buy readymade doshapowder to make doshas..
but its more tasty if we make it by ourselves..
Pachari - 1 cup
Uzhunn - 1/4 cup
Chor - 1/4 cup
salt to taste..

Pachari and uzhunn vere vere vellathil kuthiran vaikanam for some hours..
Athinu shesham mixiyil ith randum nannayi arach edukuka..
athinte koode chor koodi arach cherth,ithiri salt cherth nannayi mix cheyth vaikuka..
after 10 to 12 hours dosha undakkam..
Dosha tawa choodakumbo alpam enna mayam puratti mavu kori ozhich parathi dosha chudanam.
Dosha nalla soft akan vendiya chor cherkkunnath..there is one another way to make more soft..
add a pinch of sodapowder before making dosha (but its not advisable as it has its own side effects)

we can take allmost all vegetables to make sambar..
potato -1
green chillies - 3
tomato - 1
vazhuthana - 1
padavalam - little
vendaykka - 4
amarayka - 6,7
carrot - 1
chumannulli - 5
athyavashyam ithrayum mathiyakum oru nalla sambar undakkan..
ithil carrot illelum undakam..can add chena..
but avoid raddish beetroot mathanga etc..

sambar paripp - 1/4 cup
kayam - 1/2 spoon
puli - small piece (1 cup vellathil ittuvaikanam)
curryveppilas..
oil - 1 spoon
kaduk - 1/2 spoon
chumannulli-2
unaka mulak - 2
sambar podi - 2 spoons (i use eastern,its good),sambarpodi illenkil we have to make by adding all the other
masala powders..for that take mulakpodi 11/2 teaspoon,manjalpodi 1/2 spoon,mallipodi 1 spoon,uluvapodi 1/4 spoon..

presure cookeril ella vegetables,sambar parip,salt,puli pizhinja vellam,sambar podi,ellam cherth vegetablesnte mukalil vare
vellam ozhich adach stoveil vaikuka..steam valveil koode pokumbo mathram put the weight..
weight itta shesham first whistel varumbo put the fire low..after 2 more whistles..stove off akkam..
steam ellam poyi cooker thanutha shesham open the lid and mix all the vegetales with a spoon..
check if the salt,puli all are currect..illel apo cherkanam..etavum lowfirel onnu koodi vachit add curryveppilas and kayapodi..
vere oru pan choodakki athil oil choodakki kaduk potikanam..
chumannulli cheruthayi murichum unaka mulak murichath cherth moopikuka..ennit sambaril thalikkam..

NB : to get more taste i do a tip which my mom taught me..kaduk thalikuna oilil put a pinch of mulakpodi,mallipodi and kayam
also ennit athukoodi cherth thalikuka..
