My Yesterday's Special   PDF (Prawns Dry Fry)

1)For preparing prawns dry fry, take a vessel, add in prawns, chilly powder, pepper powder, turmeric powder, ginger paste, curry leaves and salt. Mix well.

 

2)Allow it to cook on low flame without adding oil. Cover it with a lid.

 

3)Cook till the prawns become dry.

 

4)Then add in the oil  with chopped onion,  Let it cook on low flame till it becomes a bit crispy. Mix it in intervals.

 

5)Prawns dry fry is ready. Serve hot.
